HONORHEALTH ASPEN UNIVERSITY
KCS converted an existing day care center into an adult education facility within HonorHealth’s Network Support Service Center (NSSC) Building 3. The 11,500 SF of tenant improvements were completed in multiple phases to create modernized learning spaces for nursing students to develop their skills as they work toward licensure. Improvements included selective demolition, new doors, windows, flooring, countertops, cabinets, paint, drywall, and bathroom accessories, as well as upgrades to the fire suppression, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
