Deficiency Corrections

The Williams Unified School District Deficiency Corrections project included both new construction and renovation work. The new construction work consisted of a new 8,500-sq-ft vocational education building and a 3,500-sq-ft cafeteria building, complete with a full-size commercial kitchen and student seating. The scope of work also included a combined 120,000-sq-ft renovation of the existing high school, middle school, and elementary school — including a locker room, restrooms, ADA upgrades, new HVAC systems, window replacement, electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, fire life safety, roofing, asbestos abatement, underground utilities and site drainage.
