This fast-tracked project is the second phase of a pre-engineered
metal building complex needed to relocate existing academic and
non-academic units for various durations to allow the university
to renovate and upgrade existing facilities. This phase includes
the construction of one new 10,000 sq ft building with a dense office
fit-up and a 10,000 sq ft classroom and lab fit-up of an existing
metal shell.
The project delivery method for this project is Construction Management
at Risk (CMAR).
