This project consists of 23,143 sq. ft. new construction along with 4,140 sq. ft. of renovations to the existing Union building on NAU’s central campus.  New construction includes the addition of a modern, two-story building which will support dining and common areas as well as multiple vendor stations.  Renovations to the existing Union include the installation of a state of the art commercial kitchen in addition to bringing the building up to code with NAU’s technical standards.
