University Union Dining Hall Expansion

This project consisted of new construction along with renovations to the existing Union building on NAU’s central campus. The new construction work included adding a modern, two-story building, which supports dining and common areas as well as multiple vendor platforms. KCS also constructed a complex curtain-wall system. Renovations to the existing Union included the installation of a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen in addition to bringing the building up to code with NAU’s technical standards.
Size: 23,143 square feet (new) / 4,140 square feet (renovations)
