The Guidance Center, Flagstaff, AZ
This project consists of mitigating a challenging building site
and constructing a new 27,000-SF administration building. Site work
involves importing approximately 20,000 CY of material to raise
the existing site 6 feet above existing grade, drainage structures,
underground utilities, curb, gutter, roadways and parking lots.
The new 27,000-SF building will be two stories conventionally framed
with a masonry veneer exterior. All areas will be fully air-conditioned
with chilled water and hydronic heat. This project is being delivered
by a Construction Management at Risk delivery method. Project budget
is $5,000,000 and is expected to be completed within an 8-month period
from ground breaking.
