Outpatient Facility and Recovery Unit
The Guidance Center • Flagstaff, Arizona
Phase I consisted of mitigating a challenging building site and constructing a new, two-story administration building. Site work involved importing about 15,000 cubic yards of material to raise the site 6 feet above the existing grade, as well as installing drainage structures, underground utilities, curbs, gutters, roadways, and parking lots. All areas are fully air-conditioned with chilled water and hydronic heat.
Phase II consisted of constructing a 24-hour-supervised residential-recovery facility for 16 clients. KCS self-performed all earthwork and installed site utilities.
