New construction involving site development, underground utilities,
and public improvements. Building construction consists of three
individual quadriplexes totaling 14,040 sq ft of livable space.
These buildings are constructed on an old dump site, which involved
excavation and replacement with engineered fill. All excavation
required consistent monitoring for hazardous material.
